Age.3 was born from the dessert brand 'FRUITS SAND THREE,' which started in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. In 2023, we developed a new sensation dessert, 'Fried Sandwich,' combining low-carb fresh whipped cream with a 'crispy and chewy' textured bread, and opened our first store in Ginza, Tokyo. Since then, we have expanded both domestically and internationally. Currently, in addition to Japan, we have stores in Shanghai, Sydney, Manila, Dubai, and other overseas locations, continuing to grow globally as a Japanese dessert brand.

With the recovery of inbound demand, the demand for street food in tourist areas is increasing again.

Profile

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1994. As a child, he enjoyed cooking after seeing his mother's happy smile when he helped in the kitchen. Aspiring to a career in food, he studied at a culinary and pastry school, and then began his training in 2014 at the Japanese restaurant 'Yamazato' at the Hotel Okura Tokyo. Due to a hotel renovation, he moved to the Hotel Okura Kyoto. There, he learned Kaiseki cuisine, which expresses the seasons and worldview through ingredients and presentation. He then further honed his skills at the Hotel Okura Tokyo and Hotel Okura Fukuoka. In 2023, he was appointed Head Chef of FRUITS SAND THREE. Currently, as Representative and Head Chef, he develops ingredients such as whipped cream and creates new products for Age.3, fusing the techniques learned in Japanese cuisine with desserts, and showcasing his skills daily.
