(Headquarters: Osaka City, Representative Director: Daisuke Yachi), which operates fruit dessert specialty stores "Fruits Belle" and "Marutome The Juicery Parfaitteria," has redesigned its "fresh parfaits," previously offered exclusively for in-store dining, into "one-hand drinkable parfaits." Sales will begin exclusively at "Marutome The Juicery Parfaitteria" Lucua Osaka store from Friday, May 1, 2026.

Redesigning Unportable Parfaits into a "Drinkable Form"

Until now, despite demand for "portability" and "quick enjoyment," parfaits were structurally difficult to eat while walking.

Therefore, this time, the structure itself was redesigned into a "one-hand drinkable form" while maintaining the freshness, texture, and appearance of the fruits.

- Fruit cut size - Layer balance design - Shake design with high fruit content - Resistance to crumbling during transport

These aspects were reviewed from scratch to achieve both "parfait satisfaction" and "drink convenience."

Particular attention was paid to the "first bite."

Similar to parfaits, a unique structure was adopted where a large amount of fruit is placed in the lower layers so that the sweetness and acidity of the fruit can be felt from the very first bite.

A New Parfait Experience Enjoyable with One Hand

The "drinkable parfait" is a takeout style enjoyed with a straw.

Fruits, whipped cream, and sauce are layered, and mixing them allows for a change in taste.

Offering the "freshly made quality" previously provided in department store basements, we propose a new sweets experience: "parfaits enjoyable while walking."

All production is done one by one in the store.
