The collaboration involved questionnaire surveys and wear tests with its own employees (hereinafter "concierges").

■ Background of Collaboration: A Convergence of Both Companies' Objectives to Solve On-the-Ground Challenges

"Ready Crew," operated by our company, is a business matching service that listens to the various challenges faced by companies and introduces the most suitable outsourcing partners for free, matching their requirements and compatibility. For our concierges, who often wear pumps in their daily work and various business scenarios, fatigue-related issues such as 'foot tightness' and 'evening swelling from long hours of desk work' were immediate challenges affecting their work comfort.

Meanwhile, Toho Lamac was seeking 'the real voices of women working in actual business scenes' for their pump updates. Their development vision of pursuing functionality and comfort aligned with our company's goal of improving employee performance and creating a comfortable working environment, leading to this practical collaboration on the project.

In this project, our company primarily provided the following cooperation:

1. Questionnaire to Identify Issues from a Working Woman's Perspective

We conducted a questionnaire for concierges who wear pumps in business settings. We provided direct feedback from the field, including 'a feeling of pressure from swelling due to long hours of wear or desk work,' 'ease of putting on and taking off,' and 'a design that fits various business scenes like office casual.'

2. Wear Test During Normal Work Duties

In the final stage of development, our concierges wore the prototypes during their actual work. We provided objective, empirical data based on actual wear regarding fatigue levels, fit, and design.

The above promotional point-of-purchase displays, based on real feedback after wearing, are planned for in-store deployment.
