Four Seasons Co., Ltd. (Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and Chairman & CEO: Sachiko Asano), which operates 'Ookamado Meshi Torafuku'—a restaurant chain known for its seasonal dishes and delicious rice cooked in a large kamado—will offer three types of lunch-only set meals featuring 'Tai Meshi' (sea bream rice) from Friday, May 29, 2026 to Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Lunch-only 'Tai Meshi Set Meal' to savor the umami of sea bream.

The 'Tai Meshi Set Meal' is a luxurious lunch-only set meal featuring sashimi of genuine sea bream, known for its refined sweetness and umami.

Please enjoy the sea bream sashimi by mixing it with dashi soy sauce flavored with bonito and kelp, and an egg, then placing it on freshly cooked rice along with condiments (shredded nori, green onions, wasabi).

The umami of the sea bream and the richness of the egg yolk combine to create a flavor reminiscent of the 'ultimate egg rice bowl'!

The rice for the set meal can be chosen from three types, all cooked in a 150kg stone kamado and a large iron pot: 'Niigata Prefecture white rice,' 'Seasonal mixed rice,' and 'Mixed grain rice.' All are refillable. The fluffy rice enhances the refined umami of the sea bream.

Two types of 'double set meals' are also available, allowing you to enjoy 'Tai Meshi' and popular menu items at once.

This set meal features seasonal vegetables like eggplant and bell peppers, and fish tempura, all carefully fried and served in a broth with plenty of grated daikon radish. The combination of this stewed dish and Tai Meshi is perfect for the hot season.

● Tai Meshi with Chicken Karaage Set Meal

Torafuku's signature chicken karaage, marinated in a homemade soy sauce-based sauce with garlic and ginger. This luxurious set meal allows you to enjoy this hearty dish and the refined umami of sea bream at the same time.
