Conceptual Image
Towards a Composite Welfare Hub Supporting Local Care The planned facility will be a composite facility centered around a special nursing home with 122 beds, also including short-stay services, dedicated care housing, urban-style affordable elderly housing, a community comprehensive support center, and a community interaction space.
By incorporating not only residential functions but also consultation and community interaction functions, it will serve as a hub for local care, enabling the elderly and their families to continue living with peace of mind in their familiar communities.
Furthermore, we will promote the practice of community-based integrated care, working collaboratively with multiple professions to address individual lifestyles and community challenges.
Collaborating with Local Governments to Operate Facilities that Meet Community Needs This project is part of Koto Ward's efforts to develop its welfare infrastructure, anticipating the increase in the elderly population and the diversification of care needs.
Foryoukai will utilize the operational expertise gained through various services such as special nursing homes for the elderly, community-based services, and community comprehensive support centers, and will work with local governments, residents, and medical/care professionals to create facilities open to the community.
Leveraging the Organizational Strength of Over 160 Facilities and Approximately 3,000 Staff for New Communities
Foryoukai is a social welfare corporation operating over 160 facilities, primarily in Tokyo, with approximately 3,000 employees.
We have developed a comprehensive support system tailored to community challenges by offering diverse welfare services, including special nursing homes for the elderly, nursing small-scale multi-functional home care, group homes, community comprehensive support centers, and childcare facilities.
We believe this selection as the operator reflects the expectations placed on our proven track record in community welfare practices and our organizational capacity to operate diverse services cohesively.
As a Corporate Social Welfare Corporation Supporting Local Care
Under the philosophy of "Action by Glocalization," Foryoukai develops community-rooted welfare services, while also accumulating and disseminating practical knowledge gained from the field to improve the quality of welfare services and foster human resources.
This facility development will provide integrated residential care, home support, consultation services, and community interaction as a composite facility equipped with a community comprehensive support center and community interaction space. By coordinating diverse services, we aim to realize a sustainable composite welfare hub that supports local care.
We will continue to collaborate with local governments and communities to contribute to the realization of a society where everyone can live with peace of mind in their familiar communities.
