背景與目的
近年來，日本持續調漲最低工資，政府也推動「結構性加薪」政策，但大企業與中小企業之間在加薪實施率與水準上卻存在巨大差距。特別是隨著勞動力人口減少及有效求職倍率居高不下，加薪對中小企業而言已從「選項」轉變為「必要條件」。此外，地方區域面臨人口減少與年輕族群流向都市的強烈影響，企業若要持續成長，加薪與提升生產力的兼顧已是不可或缺的狀況。
鳥取縣的人口與企業數皆為全國最小規模，縣內企業多為中小、小規模企業，據信存在「想加薪卻無法加薪」的企業。在此情況下，為實現持續性的加薪，必須消除因財務分析、事業計畫未整備、損益平衡點未掌握等因素造成的「現狀認知不足」，並提升企業自身正確理解經營狀況並描繪改善對策的「經營力」。FIS Solutions 將針對鳥取縣的這些迫切課題，透過考量企業獲利性、財務健全性、投資效益的「經營力提升診斷」，從量化與質化兩方面可視化加薪對經營的影響，支援縣內企業本質性的經營力提升。
透過本事業，我們將使補助金不只是「單純的補助金發放制度」，而是能發揮「提升經營力的計畫」功能，為實現鳥取縣的永續加薪與生產力提升做出貢獻。
