The results show that higher-income individuals (800M+ yen) have a significantly more positive image of startups, with 50.6% agreeing they are essential for Japan's future. Furthermore, data from the company's human capital support shows that the average annual salary for individuals who transitioned to startups through their platform reached 8.5 million yen in 2024, surpassing the average for major corporations in Tokyo.
