"WaSHOKU FES 2026" is a new type of event where visitors can enjoy Japanese food culture, including food and drinks, a market, and stage performances all at once. The venue will feature food and drink stalls offering Japanese flavors, as well as market booths selling carefully selected products. Additionally, stage events such as music and performances will be held, offering visitors three days of "eating, seeing, and enjoying."

With the event just around the corner this week, the lineup of participating stores has now been confirmed. At the venue, you can experience the diverse charms of "Wa" (Japanese style), from classic Japanese dishes to modern interpretations and products focusing on ingredients and regionality.

This event is co-hosted with the food organization NONAME (Operating Representatives: Momose, Kobashiri).
