Starting July 3 (Fri), we will launch the "Matcha Bruleed Cheesecake from a Long-Established Tea Shop" in collaboration with Kyoto's long-established tea shop "Morihan." Since 2002, he has won multiple competitions, including the National Tea Examination Skills Competition, and in 2009, he obtained certification as a Japanese Tea Appraiser from the Japanese Tea Appraiser Association. He travels throughout Japan as Morihan's Head of Raw Material Procurement.
