Under the concept of 'Delicious, Exciting, Thrilling,' 'SUSHIRO Cafe' sells sweets developed by an exclusive patissier. From over 200 prototypes made annually, carefully selected sweets are delivered to customers.
Starting Wednesday, April 8, a new spring sweet featuring Sushiro's No. 1 popular sweet*1, 'Catalana Ice Brulee,' will be introduced. The 'Catalana Crepe Brulee Strawberry Sauce' consists of rich 'Catalana Ice' custard made with Hokkaido cream and Madagascar vanilla beans, along with whipped cream, frozen strawberries, and condensed milk, all wrapped in crepe dough and seared right before serving for a brulee finish. The sweet and sour strawberry sauce topping combines with the roasted aroma of the brulee and slightly melted Catalana ice, resulting in an exquisite masterpiece.
