(Headquarters: Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Representative Director: Michiya Higashiyama) and Himitsu Beer Gōdō Kaisha (Headquarters: Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Representative: Keita Yabuki). ◾Collaboration Between Local Restaurants A joint opening has been decided between "FOLK FOLK," a complex service facility mainly for wedding venues in Ise City, and "Himitsu Beer," a microbrewery based on agriculture. The two companies, which regularly cooperate in regional activities, will operate at different times. FOLK FOLK Coffee will be in charge of breakfast, while Himitsu Beer will handle lunch and dinner. They aim for a collaborative business (joint work, cooperation, coordination) that leverages the strengths of each in the service and manufacturing industries. Driven by a shared curiosity to "make Ise interesting," "energize the region," and "create a meaningful place," they will work to promote the region's appeal and development more than ever before. ◾Solving Regional Issues and Promoting Tourism Both companies have focused for several years on the fact that the route from Uji-Yamada Station to Isuzugawa Station to Naiku (Gokyo Road) remains underdeveloped as a tourist destination. They are envisioning an area connected by various businesses such as transportation, accommodation, and dining. They call this the "Gokyo Road Revitalization Project." This hotel also serves as part of this area concept, located in the vicinity of Uji-Yamada Station.
