This class will newly offer an experience where participants can create and run games by interacting with AI, in addition to the parent-child experience of assembling a notebook PC. It is a summer vacation event where participants can experience both manufacturing and AI utilization at a PC production site.
In recent years, with the rapid spread of generative AI, society is being asked not just "can you program?" but rather how to understand and utilize AI. On the other hand, many parents express concerns such as "I don't know what my child should experience first" and "It seems difficult and I'm worried."
Against this backdrop, this class builds upon the PC assembly experience that Shimane Fujitsu has been conducting since 2006, and newly adds an AI experience. In addition to the parent-child experience of assembling a notebook PC, we offer an experience where children can create and run their own games by interacting with AI, without specialized coding.
For this assembly class, you can choose between two models: the "FMV Zero (WU5-K3)", which achieves the world's lightest weight of approximately 634g for a 14.0-inch wide LCD notebook PC *3, and the "FMV Note U (WU2-K3)", available in three color variations. Both models emphasize lightness, design, and performance.
Through this event, FCCL and Shimane Fujitsu aim to provide children who will lead the next generation with an opportunity to proactively engage with digital technology and AI, starting from the manufacturing site.
We have begun accepting applications for the event today. How about experiencing "manufacturing and AI" with your family this summer vacation as a special experience?
