In the 'BAGGAGE DROP area', Peach has introduced automated baggage drop-off machines for the first time. By using these in conjunction with the 'Peach BAGGAGE TAG KIOSK' automatic baggage tag issuing machines introduced in September 2024, passengers can now check in their baggage smoothly without having to queue at a counter as before. In the 'Manned Counter area', new universal design counters have been installed, creating an environment where customers with diverse needs can use the services with greater peace of mind and comfort. By separating these areas, the flow of traffic to security checks is streamlined, aiming for a more stress-free check-in experience. Furthermore, smart lanes have also been introduced at the security checkpoints in the newly renovated Terminal 2 domestic area. These newly introduced smart lanes allow passengers to undergo baggage inspection without having to remove laptops or liquids, which will help alleviate congestion. In terms of design, in addition to the new logo, a new brand design has been fully adopted. Along with highly visible flow design, motifs of the brand's symbols, 'leaves' and 'circles,' are scattered throughout, creating an atmosphere that evokes a sense of anticipation for travel from the moment one steps into the airport. Coinciding with this brand renewal, sales of seven types of original goods featuring the new brand design will begin on Peach flights and at the official Peach online shop 'PEACH SHOP ONLINE'. New meticulously crafted goods will be available, including classic flight tags, genuine leather baggage tags handmade by artisans, and Peach's first original gift bag born from customer feedback, allowing you to experience the charm of the new Peach in your daily life and while traveling.
