Introducing the 2026 Version of the Dry Cooler

FlukeForest Inc. (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) has launched a project for a new dry cooler on the crowdfunding service "Makuake."

Many conventional cool air conditioners generate cool air by utilizing the evaporative heat of water, which can increase humidity and create a stuffy feeling depending on the usage environment.

This product adopts a heat exchange method using an aluminum heatsink, without using mist or water filters. It is a new concept dry cooler that utilizes the cooling power of ice or frozen tanks to send out cool air while suppressing humidity.

Furthermore, it comes standard with a spot nozzle for efficient airflow to where it's needed, and its structure allows the cooling tank to be frozen as is, making it easier to achieve cooling performance.

Background of Development

Products using water filters carry risks such as discomfort from humidity and the possibility of mold growth.

"Cool air conditioners are cool, but they make the room humid."

Development started from such feedback.

During the summer, there are many situations where an air conditioner is not necessary, but a fan alone is not enough. On the other hand, conventional evaporative coolers can increase humidity, leading to discomfort.

Therefore, FlukeForest developed this product with the concept of "efficiently cooling only the necessary areas without increasing humidity."

In our own tests, we confirmed cool air up to approximately 24°C lower than the ambient temperature near the outlet in an environment with an ambient temperature of approximately 30°C.
