Fleurinary Inc. (CEO: Fumiha Branscum) is proud to announce the launch of 'Atlas,' a research project dedicated to visualizing the social structures that impede the growth of female leaders. This initiative is part of our commitment to the 'April Dream' campaign, which encourages companies to share their dreams on April 1st. This press release represents the dream of Fleurinary Inc.
### Launching Project 'Atlas' Why are motivated and capable women often blocked by an invisible force at certain points in their careers? In November last year, 'InnovateHer Tokyo 2025' brought together over 850 entrepreneurs, leaders, researchers, and investors from 36 countries.
Common sentiments shared during the event included: 'I believed things would change if I prepared and delivered results,' 'Despite having the ability and drive, I keep facing situations where I am not fairly evaluated,' and 'Constantly blaming myself has only led to exhaustion.'
The true nature of this wall is not a lack of effort or skill on the part of individuals. The problem lies within the social structure itself, which makes it difficult for women to exercise their power. Even when systems are in place or 'mindset reforms' are called for, the situation remains stagnant because the problem is structural, not personal.
'Atlas' aims to analyze which women, from what backgrounds, encounter which walls at which phases, and under what kind of support or environment they achieved breakthroughs. By decoding these patterns, we intend to design support systems that do not rely solely on individual grit and build a body of knowledge to reform societal systems.
Starting as a joint project with Takanori Kashino, founder of Irene Management School, we will begin with qualitative research focusing on female entrepreneurs, drawing on our years of experience in managing support programs for women. In the future, we envision expanding our scope to include executives and managers at large corporations.
### Why the name 'Atlas'? Last year, 'The Farnese Atlas' was exhibited at the Italy Pavilion during the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. As its first exhibition in Asia, it drew significant media attention and trended on social media.
The marble statue, standing two meters tall and weighing two tons, depicts the Titan Atlas from Greek mythology supporting the celestial sphere on his shoulders. This work, created around 150 AD, stood before us across nearly 2,000 years. His expression was striking—agonized, yet refusing to let go. This image overlapped with what we have seen on the front lines. Once seen, it could not be ignored.
'Atlas' also means a book of maps. Visualizing invisible structures and turning them into a map—this became the project name. We hope you will join us in seeing what kind of map Atlas will draw.

### Leadership Bootcamps and Executive Workshops Following the success of Marie Solange and Sandrine Monette from Lemon-Boost at InnovateHer Tokyo 2025, we will host new programs: the 'Women's Leadership Workshop' and 'Executive Workshop' from April to June 2026.
These are small-group programs held in English, designed to help participants articulate their value and gain the power to be fairly evaluated within their organizations. Details can be found at: [Link to Luma]
