With the concept of “making the relationship between pets and humans flat,” FLAFFY Inc. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Chisa Hirota), which handles Japan's largest pet media business with a total of 200,000 followers and Japan's largest pet festivals with tens of thousands of visitors, will collaborate with Seibuen Amusement Park (Location: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, General Manager: Tomohiro Nishida) to provide an experiential value that allows coexistence with nature and dogs. We have decided to hold a special 3-day event, “Wan Wan Seibuen Amusement Park,” where you can enjoy Seibuen Amusement Park with your beloved dog, from Friday, May 15, 2026, to Sunday, May 17, 2026. We are also recruiting companies to exhibit at the mini-marche to be held within Seibuen Amusement Park.

The stage for this event is “Seibuen Amusement Park,” which will host its first pet event since its renewal. You can enjoy various contents that will deepen your bond with your beloved dog, such as accompanying rides on attractions that are normally off-limits, the “Yūhi no Oka Dog Run” where you can enjoy by size, the “Jabujabu Pool” to get a head start on summer, nostalgic photo spots, and a “Mini-Marche” where selected pet brands gather. Please come and enjoy this experiential event at Seibuen Amusement Park to deepen your bond with your dog and foster their social skills.

This initiative has been realized under the concept of “making the relationship between pets and humans flat” advocated by our company, FLAFFY, and creates a special opportunity to enjoy the entire facility with your beloved dog, despite the fact that dogs are normally restricted from entering Seibuen Amusement Park.

1. Enjoy Attractions with Your Beloved Dog!

Within the park, you can enjoy a total of five attractions with your beloved dog: Merry-go-round, Challenge Train, Leo and Lyra's Jungle Dance Party, Fly! Leo the Jungle Hero, and Leo and Lyra's Sunset Train. With the supervision of a veterinarian, a safe and enjoyable riding environment for dogs has been prepared, supporting the creation of special memories by sharing the scenery viewed from the attractions with the whole family.

2. Race Through Exhilaratingly! "Yūhi no Oka Dog Run"

A special dog run, exclusive to this event, will appear within the park. You can play off-leash in a grass area that is gentle on your dog's legs and hips. It's a perfect place for families and friends to make memories.

3. Get Excited with Splashing Water! "Wan Wan Jabujabu Pool"

A "Jabujabu Pool" exclusively for dogs is available, perfect for the hot season. You can watch your dog enjoy playing in the shallow water or chasing toys, having an active time.

4. FLAFFY Supervised! Mini-Marche in Seibuen Amusement Park

Under FLAFFY's supervision, a mini-marche will be held featuring carefully selected pet brands. Items that enrich the lives of you and your dog, such as specialty foods, care products, and dog goods, will gather at Seibuen Amusement Park.

5. Photo Spots

Throughout the park, there are numerous photo spots that will make you want to snap a picture. Capture special commemorative photos with your dog against nostalgic backdrops.

■Event Participation Rules

This event prioritizes the safety and health of dogs, and the following rules are in place.

【Participation Requirements】

Only dogs vaccinated against rabies within the past year and with a 5-in-1 or more mixed vaccine are permitted (certificates of exemption or antibody test results are also acceptable).

【Park Etiquette】

Please keep your dog on a leash at all times, except in the dog run area.

Diapers are required in some areas.

Please ensure at least one accompanying person for each dog and do not leave them unattended.

【Attractions/Shows】

Dogs are only permitted on designated rides.

For the safety of your dog, there are specific riding rules for each attraction. Please follow the staff's instructions.

If your dog is prone to motion sickness or is not feeling well on the day, please refrain from riding.

Please be aware that some attractions/shows may produce loud noises.

Customers without dogs will also be attending the event. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can have a fun and enjoyable day.
