Naoto Ioka, President and General Manager Comment Ryusei is a player who brings stability as a PG, while also possessing the appeal of scoring and defense utilizing his strong physique.

Last year, he captained Hakuoh University to win the All Japan Intercollegiate Basketball Championship, and then showed his presence as a special designated player for the Hiroshima Dragonflies.
