FIT-EASY × Kaizu City Conclude "Agreement on the Provision of Emergency Evacuation Shelters in Times of Disaster"

　FIT-EASY Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City; hereinafter: the Company), which operates amusement fitness clubs nationwide, has concluded an agreement to provide its "FIT-EASY Kaizu Store" as an emergency temporary evacuation shelter for local residents in the event of disasters such as earthquakes and large-scale fires.

　With the aim of ensuring regional safety and security and improving disaster prevention capabilities, a signing ceremony for the "Agreement on the Provision of Emergency Evacuation Shelters in Times of Disaster" was held with Kaizu City, Gifu Prefecture, on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

・Target disasters: Earthquakes and large-scale fires

・Applicable facility: FIT-EASY Kaizu Store (approx. 440㎡) *Excluding free weight and machine areas

・Services provided: Use of facilities such as showers, provision of food and drinks (*to be implemented depending on the situation)

・Conditions for provision: Based on requests from the city or local residents, within a scope that does not hinder store operations. Staff hours (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

◆Background to the Agreement Conclusion

　Kaizu City promotes community development where all generations can live energetically throughout their lives, under the slogan "Lifelong Prosperity." The city is actively engaged in regional revitalization, including the development of its official fan club "Kaizu Fan" and information dissemination by the mayor himself.

　Meanwhile, our company has a mission to "change the world by creating a new fitness culture" and currently operates 264 stores nationwide (as of the end of March 2026), running amusement fitness clubs that are close to the community as "third places."

　The "FIT-EASY Kaizu Store," which opened in July 2025, is also regularly used by local residents as a place where they can "get healthy while having fun."

　In November 2025, a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement" was concluded, and as cooperation in areas such as health promotion progressed, the necessity to support the community not only in daily life but also in times of emergency increased. Against this background, with the aim of utilizing the functions of fitness facilities in the disaster prevention field and contributing to regional safety and security, the "Agreement on the Provision of Emergency Evacuation Shelters in Times of Disaster" was concluded.
