FIT-EASY Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; hereinafter 'the Company'), which operates amusement fitness clubs nationwide, attended the '2026 Oricon Customer Satisfaction(R) Awards' ceremony held on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The ceremony brought together representatives from companies selected as number one in customer satisfaction, and Yuki Nakamori, Executive Vice President of FIT-EASY Co., Ltd., accepted the award on behalf of the company.

The Oricon Customer Satisfaction(R) survey is a large-scale questionnaire conducted independently by Oricon as a third-party organization, targeting only users who have actually utilized the services. It aims to quantify satisfaction indicators and contribute to the improvement of service quality across society.
