The report highlights that Gen Z travelers are increasingly polarized between seeking 'absolute peace of mind' to avoid travel failures and prioritizing 'economic rationality' through point-based ecosystems and cost-performance. ANA topped the list (20%) for its hospitality, followed by Rakuten Travel (19%) for its UI and point benefits, and JAL (18%) for its high-quality travel experience. The study suggests that brands must either provide deep trust or seamless economic utility to capture this generation's engagement.
