Felicimo will operate the rooftop deck, observation floors, and the first-floor entrance and ticket sales area of "Kobe Port Tower," along with "Dick Bruna TABLE," a wine bar and cafe restaurant where guests can enjoy wine, food, and conversation alongside Dick Bruna's illustrations. Together, they will host the summer event "KOBE PORT TOWER × Dick Bruna TABLE in KOBE Waterfront" ~Night Time~ from July 30, 2026 (Thu) to September 30, 2026 (Wed), transforming facilities in the Kobe Waterfront area into the world of Dick Bruna.

A special reservation site for collaboration tickets for Kobe Port Tower, the centerpiece of the event, will open on July 2nd (Thu) at 6:00 PM. You can purchase collaboration admission tickets with exclusive novelties that grant access to the observation floor and rooftop deck. Admission tickets with collaboration cafe tickets for the 3rd-floor observation deck are scheduled to go on sale in early August.

This press release also provides the first public details on the event's content, including visuals of the Kobe Port Tower rooftop deck designed with a nighttime theme, accommodation plans, and collaboration food, across various facilities in the Kobe Port area. Miffy will appear throughout Kobe, in hotels, restaurants, commercial facilities, and even public transportation. The experience, surrounded by designs and food inspired by this year's unique nighttime theme, will create a slightly more mature and relaxed atmosphere. The expanded area, covering approximately 1 million square meters since last year, will see commercial facilities, hotels, an aquarium, and sightseeing boats working together to energize the city of Kobe. This summer event allows visitors to discover the charm of Kobe while searching for Miffy.

◆ Kobe Port Tower: Partial Visuals of This Year's Implementation Revealed

Designs inspired by nighttime will appear in various locations on Kobe Port Tower's observation floors this year. Miffy, playing with stars and the moon among clouds as seen in the picture book "Miffy's Dream," will be featured throughout. The view from the rooftop deck, with Miffy seemingly floating in the night sky, offers a moment of being in a dream world with Miffy above Kobe's night sky. Admission tickets for the rooftop deck and observation floors will go on sale on the special website starting July 2nd (Thu) at 6:00 PM. Admission tickets including a collaboration cafe ticket at "Ready go round" on the 3rd observation floor are scheduled to go on sale in early August. The PORT TERRACE on the 3rd and 4th lower floors, which is free to enter, will also feature adorable collaboration sweets in gentle colors.

Additionally, a night market will be held in the surrounding open space on weekends and during the Obon period. Only those with a same-day Kobe Port Tower admission ticket will be able to shop here.

≪Rooftop Deck Brilliance Tiara Open-air Deck≫

This year, inspired by the night, Miffy riding on clouds and stars will appear on the glass walls. You can enjoy a view of Miffy floating over Kobe's city and sea from a height of approximately 100 meters. At night, you can experience a special space as if you are in a dream world with stars and Miffy playing against the backdrop of the night view, often called a "10 million dollar view."

New visuals inspired by nighttime are also planned for other floors this year.

A night market is planned for the surrounding open space on weekends and during the Obon period after 5:00 PM.
