They will also be provided in limited quantities at select Cool Share spots and Cooling Shelters (29 heatstroke mitigation facilities) within Shibuya Ward.
Cool Share spots are initiatives to share cooling by utilizing public facilities or consolidating household usage to reduce overall air conditioning load, and are also used for heatstroke prevention when going out.
