AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Mihama-ku, Chiba City, President and Representative Director: Tokuya Fujiwara) and AEON ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Nobuyuki Fujiwara) will hold "Warm Time in AEON CINEMA," a movie screening event for children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families, on August 18, 2026 (Tue.) at AEON CINEMA Daian and AEON CINEMA Makuhari Shintoshin, and on August 25, 2026 (Tue.) at AEON CINEMA Fukuoka.
The film to be screened is the latest installment in Disney & Pixar's masterpiece "Toy Story" series, "Toy Story 5," which dramatically depicts the irreplaceable bond between people and toys in a world of toys. (Now showing nationwide).
This screening event was first held in July 2025 at AEON CINEMA Makuhari Shintoshin, with approximately 70 families participating. A second event was held in December of the same year at AEON CINEMA Itabashi, demonstrating our ongoing commitment. At the venue, the lighting was set brighter than usual and the volume was lowered to create an environment where children with sensory sensitivities or anxiety about dark places could feel at ease.
What is "Warm Time in AEON CINEMA"?
This is a special screening event where all participants show consideration for each other and interact with warmth, allowing attendees to enjoy the movie with peace of mind, accommodating characteristics such as "making loud noises" or "standing up" during the screening.
This initiative was launched out of the desire of both companies to allow those who might hesitate to visit a movie theater to enjoy films without concern. "Warm Time" originally began as "Time of Consideration" at AEON Fantasy's playground facilities, providing a space where children who have difficulty playing freely due to their individuality or disabilities, along with their families, could play without worry.
To allow more people to enjoy this "Warm Time," both companies have collaborated to bring this experience to movie theaters as "Warm Time in AEON CINEMA."
Both companies will continue to work towards realizing an inclusive society where everyone can share the joy of entertainment, regardless of disability.

AEON Fantasy Co., Ltd.'s Sustainability Activities: "Zero Experience Gap in Play" Initiative
AEON Fantasy has identified "Contributing to the Future of Children" as one of its key sustainability management priorities. The company is promoting activities to eliminate the "experience gap in play" ("Zero Experience Gap in Play") with the aim of creating a society where all children can enjoy themselves equally, regardless of disability.
To date, AEON Fantasy has implemented various initiatives tailored to diverse needs, including this "Warm Time in AEON CINEMA" movie screening event, the setting of "Warm Time" periods where children can play freely without worrying about others' eyes, the establishment of "Calm Down Spaces" for individuals with sensory sensitivities, and the introduction of "Inclusive Swings" accessible to children with physical disabilities.
Building on these efforts, this year, as a new initiative, AEON Fantasy held the "Smile Inclusive Day" event on May 5th (Children's Day), offering free admission to 186 playground facilities nationwide. This event fosters an inclusive environment in collaboration with local communities, where all children can play freely as their true selves, and where customers look out for each other with warmth, regardless of disabilities, characteristics, or various circumstances.
Furthermore, to eliminate invisible "barriers to mobility" and enable all children to enjoy the outside world with smiles and without hesitation, not only within our facilities but also when "going out," we are distributing original "Lala-chan's Child Wheelchair Mark Holders" free of charge. This supports increased understanding and recognition of child-sized wheelchairs (such as stroller-type wheelchairs) by those around, and we are promoting the creation of inclusive environments through both hardware and software, ensuring that children can spend enjoyable and worry-free time at destinations like this movie screening event.

AEON Fantasy will continue to engage in activities to create a future filled with smiles for all children through sustainability management.
