The service, which began offering subscriptions for Ota Manae on the same date at 10:00 AM, is a smartphone application designed for real-time, closed-space communication between artists and fans. Standard subscription fees are 600 JPY/month via web payment or 640 JPY/month via app payment. Members of "SKE48 Family" or "SKE48 Mobile" receive a discounted web payment rate of 540 JPY/month. Key features of the "bubble" app include real-time messaging, automatic translation into 14 languages, personalized messages with user nicknames, a reply function, birthday messages from artists, live streaming via "bubble LIVE," a message saving feature called "OUR BOX," a voting function, and exclusive subscriber benefits like priority ticket sales.
