77 Bank Holds On-Site Seminar for New Employees on "Preconception Care" Led by a Nurse

The seminar was titled "Learn Correctly for the Future - Let's Start Preconception Care -."

Famione has previously conducted online seminars for 77 Bank employees on various themes five times. In this seminar, Ayaka Ozawa, a nurse and fertility counselor at Famione, gave a presentation and explained preconception care. The seminar also covered life plans and career plans, emphasizing that preconception care is not only preparation for future pregnancy and childbirth but also an important initiative for maintaining one's own mental and physical health and considering one's life design and career choices going forward. Participants commented, "It was a good opportunity to check my own health status," "I want to be conscious of my health in preparation for future life events," and "I realized the importance of health management for continuing to work long-term," making it an opportunity to connect preconception care with their own lives and futures.

In the latter half, a workshop was held to fill out a life design sheet. Participants actively exchanged opinions with each other while reflecting on their values and future goals.
