The preconception care study session hosted by Famione for municipal officials has seen unexpectedly high demand, with the initial capacity of 40 municipalities filling up rapidly. In response to this strong interest, we have decided to expand the number of available slots to accommodate up to 100 municipalities.

As societal interest in preconception care continues to grow, many organizations face challenges in clearly communicating content and organizing related terminology such as SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights), sex education, and life planning. This session will provide a practical learning opportunity to explore effective support approaches, incorporating real-world case studies alongside updates on the latest information.

Support for Municipalities: Assistance with Consultation Services and Preconception Care Promotion Aligned with Increased Government Funding

The Agency for Children and Families’ budget proposal for FY2026 includes expanded funding for the "Sexual and Health Consultation Center Project," strengthening initiatives such as preconception care ("Precon") promotion, SNS-based counseling, and outsourced service options.

Additionally, through FY2029, enhanced financial support measures will be in place, increasing the national subsidy rate to a maximum of two-thirds for mandatory and priority projects, provided municipalities meet requirements such as developing a "Local Preconception Care Promotion Plan" or utilizing "Precon Supporters."

Famione Inc. can flexibly support municipalities as an outsourced partner (external contractor), offering tailored solutions aligned with these national policy directions:

• Establishment and operation of an online consultation service utilizing SNS platforms 【Priority Project (9)】

• Planning and delivery of lectures and outreach programs on preconception care for educational institutions and businesses 【Mandatory Project (3)】

• Training and development of counselors, along with public education on medical and scientific knowledge 【Mandatory Projects (4) and (5)】

We welcome inquiries at any stage, including during budget planning, regarding launching new initiatives or enhancing and reviewing existing programs using available financial incentives.

Overview of the Healthcare Support Service "Famione" Supporting organizations and communities through two pillars: cultural transformation and individual support

"Famione" supports corporate health management and women's empowerment through welfare programs, as well as resident support for municipalities, by fostering organizational and community-wide cultural change and providing individualized support to those affected. Through expert-led seminars ("culture-building") and anonymous online counseling ("individual support"), users can consult certified professionals such as nurses and counselors, contributing to improved psychological safety and prevention of health issues. Customized seminars and training programs are also offered to enhance literacy across the entire organization or community, supporting not only individuals but also their surrounding supporters.

Since its launch in 2018, Famione has been widely adopted by private companies including Odakyu Electric Railway, TBS Health Insurance Society, Taisei Corporation, NTT, and Kodansha, as well as municipalities such as Yokosuka City in Kanagawa Prefecture, Setagaya Ward in Tokyo, Mihara City in Hiroshima Prefecture, Ora Town in Gunma Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Nara Prefecture, and Yamanashi Prefecture. The service holds one of the leading domestic track records, particularly in the fields of preconception care, worker health support, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
