Two-part expert seminar held for Kokuyo & Partners employees, aimed at improving interpersonal skills and healthcare

Famione Co., Ltd. The first session was held on Friday, March 13, 2026, as an interpersonal skills improvement seminar with the theme "Applying 'Adult Women's Common Love Experiences' to Business Scenes!". The second session is scheduled for Friday, April 24, with the theme "Easy Medicinal Cuisine with Supermarket Ingredients! (Beginner's Edition) ~Know Your Type with a Five-Organ Constitution Check~".

The first seminar featured Sayaka Toda, a certified public psychologist and clinical psychologist at Famione Co., Ltd., as the lecturer. This seminar, themed "Applying 'Adult Women's Common Love Experiences' to Business Scenes!", deliberately chose the familiar topic of "love" and provided easy-to-understand explanations of "conversation techniques to break the ice in first encounters" and "assertive communication" that can be applied in business settings. In a relaxed atmosphere with cakes and sweets, seven participants engaged in practical workshops, deepening their learning. The seminar was not limited to theoretical input but also incorporated output-oriented pair work where participants exchanged opinions, creating a vibrant learning environment throughout, with comments such as "I can immediately apply this at work starting tomorrow."

The next seminar is scheduled for Friday, April 24, with the theme "Easy Medicinal Cuisine with Supermarket Ingredients! (Beginner's Edition) ~Know Your Type with a Five-Organ Constitution Check~". Yuko Yanagisawa, a pharmacist, international traditional Chinese medicine specialist, international traditional Chinese medicinal dietetics manager, and infertility counselor, will be on stage to teach about "relaxed medicinal cuisine." This seminar aims to provide a place to acquire practical knowledge to improve employees' health literacy while nurturing vitality during the tiring period at the beginning of the fiscal year.

Consultations can be made anonymously, providing a safe environment for employees to consult medical professionals. Consultations are possible via text message or calls using Zoom, etc., making it easy to consult from a smartphone. Advisors with experience and specialized knowledge will provide careful support, addressing individual concerns and problems while considering the working environment, thereby enhancing the support system that enables employees to balance life events and work with peace of mind.

The employee benefit service "Famione" supports corporate health management, work-life balance promotion, and women's empowerment by fostering employee literacy and corporate culture through expert seminars/training, and providing individual support through online health consultations.

Employees of companies that have introduced "Famione" can consult qualified professionals such as nurses, psychologists, and career consultants on various topics online, anytime and anywhere, without their company knowing the content of their anonymous consultations. This enhances psychological safety and is expected to improve employee satisfaction. Furthermore, by consulting early and recognizing their physical and mental state, it is expected to promote behavioral change and prevent health problems.

In addition, seminars/training by professional lecturers are provided to all employees to raise the overall literacy of the company. Especially for health issues specific to women, approximately 70% of female employees desire understanding from their superiors and colleagues *1. By providing correct knowledge to non-affected parties, such as managers and supporting employees, and promoting understanding, we contribute to expanding the scope of support. The themes of seminars/training can be customized *2 according to the needs and challenges of each company.
