The Grand Prix winner of the "General Division (U-45)" will receive a prize of 10 million yen, in addition to the design rights for an actual project within the Company's newly built RC condominium brand "GranDuo" series. Concurrently, a "Student Division (U-25)" has been established to support the challenges of the next generation. Architect Yuko Nagayama will serve as the head judge, with Tatsuya Ogawa, Makoto Tanijiri, and Makoto Yokomizo participating as judges. The final judging will be conducted in a public presentation format at Billboard Live Tokyo on Thursday, July 30, 2026.
