Supporting Japan’s First National High School Ink Painting Competition

The "1st National High School Ink Painting Competition 2026" is Japan’s first nationwide ink painting competition for high school students, organized by the Japan Suibokuga Bijutsu Association (a general incorporated association) and co-hosted by the Yuda Onsen Ryokan Cooperative.

Under the slogan "Japan’s first national high school ink painting competition—finally here!", the event will bring together high school students from across the country who are engaged in artistic activities, providing a platform to showcase and compete in skill and artistic sensibility through ink painting, a traditional Japanese art form.
