The Web Production Course of the online school operated by F-code subsidiary Deitra has been certified as an eligible course for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefit"

We are pleased to announce that the "Web Production Course" of the Web skill-specialized online school operated by Deitra Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shohei Otaki; hereinafter "Deitra"), a consolidated subsidiary of F-code Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tsutomu Kudo; Securities Code: 9211), has been certified as an eligible course for the "Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefit" designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.

The designated period will commence on April 1, 2026.

As a result, individuals who meet certain conditions can receive a benefit of approximately 64,900 yen, which is 50% of the course fee of 129,800 yen (tax included), from Hello Work. Furthermore, if conditions such as employment after completion or an increase in wages are met, it is possible to receive up to 80% (approximately 103,840 yen) in benefits.

■What is the Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefit?

The Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefit is a system established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to support the medium- to long-term career development of workers.

If an individual enrolls in and completes a course designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, 50% of the education and training expenses paid by the participant (up to 400,000 yen annually) will be provided by Hello Work. Furthermore, if certain conditions are met after completion, additional payments will be made in stages, allowing for a total benefit of up to 80%.

In recent years, the demand for reskilling, particularly in IT skills, has continued to grow. However, many people express concerns about the cost being a barrier to learning new skills.
