(Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Makoto Haruta, hereinafter ExaWizards) has significantly updated its AI agent specialized for field sales, "exaBase Sales Agent," by newly equipping it with a "specialized AI agent function" that carries out tasks such as preparing for business negotiations, providing negotiation support, creating reports, and analyzing results on behalf of sales representatives. In the sales field, it is common for non-core tasks such as information gathering before meetings and data entry into sales support systems to consume time, preventing sales staff from dedicating sufficient time to the "dialogue with customers" and "proposal activities" they should be focusing on. With this update, the AI agent autonomously handles these tasks, significantly increasing the number and quality of business meetings per sales representative and powerfully promoting the transformation into a data-driven sales organization (Sales AX).
