At this exhibition, we will showcase 'PRizmo,' an interactive AI solution that functions as a 'consultation desk' for companies and organizations, offering visitors the opportunity to experience AI consultations firsthand.

AI Expo Spring 2026 is one of Japan's largest specialized AI exhibitions, where visitors can understand cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions through hands-on experience. Through exhibits and conferences, attendees can grasp the latest technological trends and build concrete implementation concepts, making it a focal point for companies considering AI utilization for DX promotion and business reform.

Background of Exhibition

With the spread of generative AI, the way companies provide information and handle customer service is changing significantly. Meanwhile, challenges have emerged where traditional FAQs and chatbots fail to provide sufficient solutions for 'vague consultations' or 'highly individualized inquiries.'

Against this backdrop, EVOLVE focused on the evolution of customer touchpoints—from 'AI that provides answers' to 'AI that engages in consultation'—and developed the interactive AI consultation service 'PRizmo.'

What is 'PRizmo'?

PRizmo is an AI consultation desk that understands user questions and concerns on websites and various touchpoints, engaging in context-aware dialogue. Rather than simple FAQ responses, it provides an experience that leads to 'satisfactory solutions' by engaging in repeated dialogue while considering the user's intent and situation.

Exhibition Overview

EVOLVE has previously exhibited PRizmo at AI Expos in Tokyo and Osaka, making this our third appearance. In this exhibition, we will introduce a more natural and practical version of PRizmo, evolved based on feedback and insights gained from actual operations.
