This year, under the theme of 'Grasping your own future by yourself,' the company implemented an experiential entrance ceremony called 'Self-Realization Catcher' utilizing crane games. This unique initiative allowed new employees to physically 'grasp' their own objectives.

Moving away from traditional formats, this year's ceremony focused on 'understanding the philosophy through experience.' New employees challenged a special program to face their own futures through a crane game.
What is the 'Self-Realization Catcher' Original Project?
'Self-Realization Catcher' is an original machine developed for the entrance ceremony, based on the popular '10-yen Catcher' at 'Everyday,' a crane game theme park operated by the company.
Inside the machine were capsules containing company badges and 'future goals' or 'what I want to become,' which the new employees had written in advance. Each employee grabbed their capsule with their own hands.
Through this experience, they learn the visceral message that: 'Goals are not something given to you; they are something you grasp for yourself.'

This was not just for show; it was designed to help employees understand the 'essence of work' through experience.

After receiving basic training necessary for customer service and field operations, the new employees are scheduled to undergo two days of external training before being assigned to their respective stores.
