Eustyle Laboratory, a provider of support for people with severe disabilities, launches new 'Seikatsu Kaigo' (Daily Life Care) business; 'Eustyle Living Gyoda' to open in Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture in March 2026

Background and Purpose of Launching the Daily Life Care Business

Eustyle Laboratory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ken Ohata), a provider of care for individuals with severe disabilities and intractable diseases, operates under the mission of "delivering necessary care to everyone who needs it." Its core businesses include "Severe Home Visit Care (Eustyle Care)" and "Daytime Service Support Group Homes (Eustyle Home)" nationwide.

In recent years, as the "community transition" of people with severe disabilities is being promoted, the need for places where people with disabilities can belong within their communities has increased significantly. While Eustyle Laboratory has provided residential spaces where people can live with peace of mind through its home visit care and group living support businesses, it has now begun operating the "Seikatsu Kaigo" (Daily Life Care) business, "Eustyle Living," as a "place for daytime activities."

We have opened "Eustyle Living Gyoda" as our first facility, located a 3-minute walk from Gyoda Station on the JR Takasaki Line in Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture.

Our company operates the "Eustyle Care Saitama Severe Home Visit Care" and "Eustyle Care Kawagoe Severe Home Visit Care" services, as well as six "Eustyle Home" daytime service support group homes in Kuki, Ina, Kumagaya Tsumanuma, Kazo Hanasaki, Yashio, and Kuki Kaminouchi within Saitama Prefecture.

Furthermore, we plan to open new Eustyle Home facilities in Fukaya, Kumagaya Oshikiri, Kazo Kuge, Gyoda, and Ageo in the future. As a specialist in care for severe disabilities and intractable diseases, we provide total support for the community lives of people with severe disabilities in Saitama Prefecture through the three pillars of "home life, group living, and daytime activities."

<What is Seikatsu Kaigo (Daily Life Care)?> It is a disability welfare service for "daytime activities" provided primarily to people with severe disabilities under the Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities Act. During the daytime, at a Seikatsu Kaigo facility, the service provides support such as physical care (meals, excretion, etc.) while offering opportunities for productive activities and light work, encouraging independent living and the maintenance or improvement of physical functions. By leveraging the expertise in severe care we have cultivated to date and launching "Eustyle Living," we will establish a comprehensive support system that covers both residence and daytime environments.

Four Features of "Eustyle Living Gyoda"

Feature: Expertise Content: Specialized in "intellectual disabilities" and "autism." All staff members have completed the "Intensive Behavioral Disability Support Training," enabling professional support.

Feature: Coordination Content: Collaborates with short-stay services at "Eustyle Home" group homes located within Saitama Prefecture. We have a robust system for emergency admissions. We also coordinate with other services to offer respite for families and act as a safety net during times of poor health.

Feature: High-Quality Care Content: Inherits the know-how of "Eustyle Care," a pioneer in severe home visit care, and "Eustyle Home," a group home for people with severe disabilities. We have established a high-quality environment featuring barrier-free design, wheelchair accessibility, and the provision of independent living tasks.

Feature: A Safe Place to Belong Content: We provide support to build and maintain a calm and secure daily life. By having a comfortable place to spend the day, we devise support so that users can spend their time calmly after returning home. We have also installed Snoezelen in the consultation room as a relaxing private space.

Future Outlook Starting with "Eustyle Living Gyoda," we will deepen cooperation with our nationwide "Eustyle Home" daytime service support group homes and "Eustyle Care" severe home visit care offices to sequentially expand our multi-functional community welfare hubs.

We aim to expand to approximately 70 Eustyle Home facilities nationwide and approximately 100 severe home visit care offices (including franchises) by 2027.
