### Connecting Regions and People Through Work
Ibaraki Prefecture has been implementing this project since FY2019 to foster deep attachment to the region. iBARAKICK! focuses on 'deeply connecting with local leaders and resources through work.' Passionate business owners turn their challenges into projects, and by matching them with talent possessing external expertise and skills, they work together to revitalize the region. Over four years, the program has created three migrants and helped companies accelerate new businesses.

### Developing Regional Coordinators
ETIC. has been fostering 'Regional Coordinators' since 2004, creating over 400 coordinators in 120 groups nationwide. In Ibaraki, 16 coordinators have been developed over four years to ensure sustainable and voluntary matching between local challenges and urban talent.

### Three Features of the Program
1. Participation of Talent with Specialized Skills: Young professionals from major urban companies and university students with fresh perspectives join projects such as product development, PR, and HR strategy.
2. Support from Dedicated Coordinators: Coordinators from ETIC. and Ibaraki provide assistance from building the organization to hiring and consultation during activities.
