Envipro Holdings Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) held a group joint entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Rose Theatre in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, for group companies including Econecol Inc. This year, we welcomed 10 new members who will work together to realize our strategic concept of "Leading the Circular Economy."

Youth-Led Ceremony Operations Embodying "Autonomy" The Company group promotes an organizational image that supports sustainable growth as a "disciplined group of autonomous individuals with emergent capabilities." To embody this policy, this year's entrance ceremony was led by an employee in their fourth year with the company acting as the secretariat leader, taking charge from planning to the day's proceedings. By making young employees the central figures in welcoming new colleagues, communication transcending age and departmental boundaries was born immediately after joining, and lively exchanges of opinions took place during the luncheon.
