Envipro Holdings Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) held a group joint entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Rose Theatre in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, for group companies including Econecol Inc. This year, we welcomed 10 new members who will work together to realize our strategic concept of "Leading the Circular Economy."

"Participatory Training" Crossing the Frontlines and Digital Technology Begins During the two-week joint training following the entrance ceremony, the new employees will deepen their understanding of the basics of being a working professional and the business through participatory programs rather than lecture-centric ones.

Mastery of Professional Basics and Advanced Technologies: In addition to learning corporate philosophy and etiquette, "Utilization of Generative AI (for research and report creation)," an essential skill in the modern era, will be introduced into the curriculum.

Experiencing the Forefront of Resource Circulation: Visiting group locations such as factories and branches in Shizuoka (Fuji, Shimizu, Hamamatsu) and Nagano (Matsumoto). They will experience firsthand the advanced sorting technology sites that transform waste into valuable "Green Materials."

A Place of Learning Where Peers and Senior Colleagues Intersect: At the conclusion of the training, a training report session and a networking event with senior employees will be held, fostering a corporate culture of a "Circular Enterprise" where employees help and utilize each other's strengths.
