- 1,892t-CO2 (Calculated based on TEPCO's standard emission factor of 0.000421t-CO2/kWh)

Unlike traditional bidding with a single bid per company, the reverse auction allowed providers to bid multiple times, securing more affordable renewable energy contracts.
