This publication, with the slogan "Living, Working, and Everything In Between," is a regional media outlet that shines a spotlight on individuals working in the fields of healthcare, nursing care, and welfare.

Healthcare, nursing care, and welfare are indispensable pillars supporting regional life. However, the appeal, passion for their work, and daily challenges of the people working on the front lines are not widely known.

Therefore, we introduce the thoughts and challenges of those who shine in these fields, such as professionals who support users and patients, business owners tackling regional issues, and teams collaborating across multiple disciplines. Our aim is not only for those working on the front lines to reconfirm their pride and sense of fulfillment in their jobs, but also for people outside the industry to understand the value and appeal of this work.

Through this publication, we aim to convey the stories and aspirations of the people supporting healthcare, nursing care, and welfare in Okayama, fostering a climate of support for this industry throughout the region. We hope this issue will be an encouragement to those currently working on the front lines and a push for those considering this path in the future.
