(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shizukazu Sasaki; Securities Code: 9250; hereinafter "GRCS") for "GENFLUX Security," an AI security product provided by Elith. Through this agreement, GRCS will offer GENFLUX Security to its existing customer base.

Background

While the business use of generative AI is rapidly expanding within companies, the risk of "shadow AI," where employees use external AI services without proper internal management, is becoming apparent. Unintentional input of confidential information and the invisibility of actual usage can lead to significant risks of information leakage and compliance issues. In response to these challenges, both companies believe that creating an environment that balances the "utilization" and "control" of generative AI is essential, leading to this collaboration.

GENFLUX Security is a product that realizes a secure generative AI utilization platform by visualizing employee use of generative AI within an organization and detecting/controlling the leakage of confidential information and its improper use.
