ElevationSpace Announces Plans to Integrate Redwire's Biopharmaceutical Technology into its Own Platform

ElevationSpace Inc. (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; CEO: Ryohei Kobayashi; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW; Jacksonville, Florida, USA; CEO: Peter Cannito; hereinafter "Redwire"), a global leader in space and defense technology, to explore integrating Redwire's microgravity and biopharmaceutical hardware into the Company's space demonstration platform.

This partnership will expand the Company's opportunities for microgravity utilization for scientific and commercial purposes, improve access to global customers, and increase collaboration opportunities on its platform across the industry.

Based on the agreement, both companies will share payload experimental interfaces and recovery requirements to ensure compatibility between the Company's platform and Redwire's hardware and scientific research payloads. Furthermore, they will jointly identify research experiments suitable for execution on the Company's platform and explore key services that Redwire can provide for the platform.
