A Festival by the Youth, for the Youth to Shine: 'EI!Fes 2026' to be Held on April 26 at Hokuei Town Library East Square

The youth support group "EI!HOKUEI," based in Hokuei Town, Tottori Prefecture, will hold "EI!Fes" (A! Fes), a festival where local youth take the spotlight, on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

This event has been held since 2024 as a place for young people to experience the expression and individuality of their generation. For this third iteration, a middle and high school student executive committee is taking the lead in planning and operation, aiming for an even more evolved "festival by the youth, for the youth to shine."

As a special guest, we will welcome Mr. Sho Nishiyama, also known as "Nishiyama Daddy Daddy," who recorded a worldwide viral hit on TikTok regardless of whether in Japan or abroad. In addition, this year, as a new special program called "Teens Time," we have prepared a moving activity where all participants put their dreams on paper airplanes and fly them into the sky.

Through the pitch competition "ETTO," stage performances, and diverse food and markets, we aim to make it a day where every participant can rediscover their potential.

Nishiyama Daddy Daddy

Born in Fuchu City, Tokyo. After graduating from university, joined a major listed company as a new graduate. Switched to an advertising agency and then joined Recruit. Entered the bar industry at age 28. In October 2023, "GIFT Roppongi" opened in Roppongi.

Around 2020, a video featuring a characteristic dance performance to a call of "Nishiyama Daddy Daddy Dosukoi Wasshoi Pi-po Pi-po," an arranged reference to the "Takeuchi Daddy Daddy" trend on TikTok, became a viral hit globally. He became a worldwide topic, both domestically and internationally.

In March 2025, he graduated from "GIFT Roppongi." Expanding his scope of activities, he is beginning new challenges.

Pitch Competition "ETTO"

A pitch project where youth put their thoughts and ideas into words and present them on stage. By conveying their dreams for the future, proposals for the community, and things they want to try in 5 minutes and sharing them with adults and peers, they create opportunities for new challenges.

Teens Time (New Program)

A participatory event proposed by the EI!Fes 2026 executive committee members. A special project where everyone puts their dreams on paper airplanes and flies them into the sky together. All participants will make memories that can only be made now.
