EDGE Technology Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Yuta Shimada; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has joined the Financial Data Utilization Association (hereinafter "FDUA") (https://www.fdua.org/) as a special member.

FDUA was established with the mission of "updating the potential of people and organizations through financial data." It aims to update individuals, companies, and the industry as a whole by sharing know-how related to financial practices, focusing on the pillars of "organization," "human resource development," and "technology."

In 2024, our company became a member of the Chiba Bank Group (Chiba Bank, Ltd. and its group companies). Since then, not only as a company specializing in AI implementation but also as part of a financial group, we have deepened our collaboration in AI utilization for banking operations and the development of internal DX (Digital Transformation) talent.

Our decision to join FDUA is based on our desire to contribute to the promotion of data utilization throughout the financial industry by combining the "know-how regarding AI implementation and education" that we have cultivated to date with the "practical knowledge aligned with financial operations" gained through our initiatives within the Chiba Bank Group.

Moving forward, we will contribute even further to solving various challenges in the financial sector by providing the expertise we have accumulated since our founding and by supporting the utilization of big data and AI.
