Easton Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Representative Director and President: Yasumasa Oyama), which operates 47 restaurants including "Hokkaido Italian Mia Bocca" and "Hokkaido Wheat Fresh Pasta Mugi to Tamago" in Tohoku and Kanto, based in Sapporo, will offer two types of original wines (red and white) directly imported from Italy for the first time since its founding, at its Italian restaurants.

This project was launched with the desire to "bring more joy to our customers" and "deliver high-value-added experiences," precisely because the number of stores has grown, supported by many customers. Instead of choosing from existing distributed products, we prioritized compatibility with our own dishes (Mia Bocca, Mia Angela, Cucina) and conducted numerous tastings from dozens of grape varieties. With the cooperation of "Terre Cevico," a winery based in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, we have completed a bottle that we can confidently recommend.

"Trebbiano Rubicone" from Emilia-Romagna. It features a firm acidity and a crisp, refreshing taste characteristic of Italian wine.
