The "Inaho-kun is Supposed to Be My Fake Girlfriend" 2nd Anniversary PV "So much has happened since then..." begins with a flashback where Shintaro Mori (CV. Gakuto Kajiwara), a high school boy who longs for romance, reflects on his relationship with Inaho Sawatari (CV. Yuki Sakakihara), who is considered the most beautiful girl in school (but is actually a too-cute boy).

Rumors about the two spread at school, and when Inaho suggested, "Should we really pretend to be dating?", Shintaro and his friends decided to become a "fake couple." Shintaro, muttering "So much has happened since then...", remembers only Inaho.
