<Biography> Joined Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. in April 2012. After working in the Corporate Planning Department, he was stationed at Sumitomo Forestry America, Inc. as a manager starting in 2015, where he was responsible for M&A and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) in the United States. In July 2022, he became a manager in the North American Business Promotion Department of Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd., overseeing the U.S. housing and real estate business. Joined Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd. in January 2023 as General Manager of the President's Office. He has been responsible for planning and promoting group collaboration and M&A initiatives, including the company's listing on the Growth Market. Appointed Executive Officer, Corporate Division, and General Manager of the President's Office (current position) as of April 2026.

<Comment> I am Inomata, and I have been appointed as Executive Officer, Corporate Division. Having passed through a major investment phase, our company is now at a critical juncture as we transition into a recovery phase, where we will steadily realize sales growth and improved profitability by leveraging the high-precision 3D data we have accumulated globally. Utilizing my experience in IPO preparation, M&A, and group collaboration, I will work to strengthen our governance and management foundation. I am committed to building a robust corporate structure that supports business growth and contributing to the enhancement of our corporate value.
