(Headquarters: Sapiatower 11F, 1-7-12 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hironori Hamada; Securities Code: 9799; hereinafter "AIS"), which has supported the IT infrastructure of a wide range of companies with network services, system development, and system operation as its core, effective April 1, 2026.

Through this collaboration, by combining DXHR's one-stop support for AI Transformation (AX) strategy formulation, solution implementation, and AI human resource development with AIS's extensive track record in network, system development, and system operation, we will provide end-to-end support for AX promotion for a wide range of customers, from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises, covering everything from technical infrastructure development to human resource development.

▪️ Background of the Partnership

AIS has supported the IT infrastructure of many companies for many years in the areas of network services, system development, and system operation. It also develops products that contribute to operational efficiency and human resource development, such as RPA, and has the execution capability to support corporate digitalization at the operational level.

On the other hand, DXHR has consistently promoted AX, from strategy formulation to the implementation of various solutions, and AI human resource development and supply, with a standardized framework that enables AI implementation according to business flows, processes, and tasks by industry and job type, and NeuroHub, a base for training and accumulating AX engineers and AX consultants.

Support for AI Solution Implementation Starting from IT Infrastructure: By combining AIS's execution capabilities in system development, network, and operation with DXHR's modularized AI solution group, we will provide end-to-end support from PoC verification to overall design, environment construction, system integration, and operation, achieving results in a short period.

Support for AI Human Resource Development and Reskilling: By linking DXHR's industry-specific and job-specific AI training with AIS's human resource development products such as RPA Workshop, we will promote the development of human resources who can collaborate with AI, from management to the front lines.
