1. Background of the Project
Kirakuni Kanayama Station Main Branch is a seafood izakaya where sake lovers gather, always stocking over 50 types of famous and rare sake from all over Japan.
It has grown into a store visited by sake fans not only from all over Japan but also from overseas, as it allows customers to enjoy brands that are usually hard to come by, such as Juyondai, No. 6, Jikon, Hiroroki, and Nabeshima, at reasonable prices.
With the desire to share the charm of sake, which changes its expression with the seasons, with more customers, we are now holding a "Natsuzake Fair" as a seasonal limited event.
We will convey the new charm of sake through the refreshing and light taste unique to summer sake.

2. Overview of the Project
In this "Natsuzake Fair," we will offer a limited-time selection of seasonal summer sake carefully chosen from breweries across the country.
The lineup includes a variety of unique summer sakes such as "Takechiyo," with its refreshing taste; "Hane ya," characterized by its clear umami; "Ningen Ningyo Label no Natsuzake," popular for its summer-limited label; " Dobu Natsu Rock," a new sensation to enjoy on the rocks; "Kaze no Mori ALPHA1," which is fresh and can be enjoyed with a slight effervescence; and "Eikoh Fuji SHOOTING STAR," with its gorgeous flavor reminiscent of a summer night sky.
All of these are limited edition sakes brewed for the hot season, characterized by their light mouthfeel, refreshing crispness, and vibrant aroma.
We also focus on pairing with seasonal seafood directly from Hokkaido and hearty seafood dishes, proposing pairings where the food and sake enhance each other's flavors. You can experience the new charm of sake that can only be savored with these seasonal limited brews.
At Kirakuni, we promote sake not just as something to "drink," but as a "culture to enjoy the seasons."
We will continue to actively stock seasonal limited sake and rare brands, offering new encounters not only to sake lovers but also to those who are just beginning to enjoy sake.
