Discovering "Gen Z New Heroines" from Hokkaido! Audition Announced in Conjunction with 'UP-T Presents SAPPORO COLLECTION 2026 SPRING/SUMMER' on May 17th (Sun)

UP-T Presents SAPPORO COLLECTION 2026 SPRING/SUMMER (abbreviation: UP-T SatsuColle 2026SS), Hokkaido's largest fashion event, to be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Sapporo Convention Center (Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo), has decided to hold the "STARLIGHT AUDITION ~ UP-T Presents SAPPORO COLLECTION 2026 SPRING/SUMMER ~" to foster a platform for young people rooted in the region and discover "Gen Z new heroines" who will spread their wings from Hokkaido to the whole country. Entry applications for the audition began today.

Eligible applicants are women aged 10 to 25 with ties to Hokkaido. Participants who pass the initial document screening will proceed to the second round of judging, either through points earned from live streaming and video submissions on the live streaming & video app "MixChannel" or through offline interviews. After a final screening featuring self-introductions on stage during 'UP-T SatsuColle 2026SS' itself, the Grand Prix winner will be decided. The Grand Prix winner will be granted the right to appear on a brand stage at 'UP-T SatsuColle 2026SS' as an opportunity to take the first step in a brilliant career.

Furthermore, this audition is co-hosted by the Sapporo Collection Executive Committee, Creative Office CUE Co., Ltd. (a leading entertainment agency in Hokkaido), and Rise Earth Co., Ltd. (an influencer agency). All finalists who advance to the final screening will be given the opportunity for an interview to join these affiliated agencies.

Additionally, it has been decided that actress Rin Abe, originally from Sapporo, Hokkaido, will serve as the official ambassador for this audition.

Began activities as a Sapporo Bishōjo Zukan model, winning two awards (MixChannel Award and Regina Clinic Award) at the "Bishōjo Zukan AWARD 2021". She then expanded her activities as an actress, appearing in "Nare no Hate no Bokura" ('23/TX), TV Tokyo 60th Anniversary Drama "95" ('24/TX), My Graduation Project 5th Term movie "Kokoro no Futa ~Yuki Furu Machi de~" ('24), and the musical "Skippu to Rōfā" ('26). Currently appearing as Kozue Niimi in the Hulu original "Tokeikan no Satsujin". Also active as a reporter for TBS "Ōsama no Branch".
