Two new executive officers are born at dof.
At this timing, we are taking a step towards a new management system.
They are Yu Nozaki and Gaku Ishii.
These two, who have gained deep trust from both clients and staff and led numerous projects, will create a system to lead dof in the future, alongside Kudo, who has already been supporting dof's management and organization as an executive officer.

Nozaki started his career as a creator in the Hakuhodo group and joined dof three years ago after working at a PR firm.
He has handled a series of impressive works in a short period, such as the taxi app GO (known for 'Do suru GO suru!') and communications for Paytner featuring Shingo Katori as a primitive man.
He got married last year and will become a father this spring—a time when his life is moving significantly. Along with responsibility, we expect further breakthroughs from him.
Ishii joined dof four years ago from Dentsu.
As the general producer of the original program 'Himitsu no Prime' shown in taxis with a luxurious cast, he has realized surprising castings one after another.
He also faces difficult and important projects sincerely, such as Toho's corporate branding, and continues to produce solid results.
21 years since its founding in 2005.
We have come this far thanks to the support of many people.
On the other hand, I feel parts of myself are still bound by past methods and successful experiences.
In an era where common sense is changing significantly due to the evolution of AI and other factors.
That is why I believe it is important for a new generation of leaders to pave the way without being obsessed with precedents.
I believe this system will be a turning point for dof.
dof will jump and grow even further from here.
We want to be a company that continues to create new value and culture for society.
I am confident that the leadership of Nozaki, Ishii, and Kudo is at the center of that goal.
Please look forward to it (dof-zo).

Comment from New Executive Officer | Yu Nozaki
In this past year, I became a husband. I became a father. I became an executive officer of dof.
I have gained various titles, but for now, they are just names. What will I do with these titles? How will I live for someone or something important? I think those questions will be asked of me from now on.
I will do my best. Thank you for your support (dof-zo yoroshiku).

Comment from New Executive Officer | Gaku Ishii
I am Gaku Ishii, and I was appointed as an executive officer today.
Since joining the workforce in 2012, I sincerely thank everyone who supported me when I was just starting out.
From now on, I want to be someone who can support those around me more than I have been supported.
I will work sincerely, valuing every minute and second, and with a positive attitude.
