Daiichikosho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the Company) will open the "Jibundoki" (hereinafter, Jibundoki) Okayama Station Front store (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture), an all-private-room restaurant where guests can relax in a calm, modern Japanese space, on June 18, 2026.

Jibundoki offers Japanese-Western fusion creative cuisine that combines Kyoto-style Japanese cuisine with Western ingredients. Guests can enjoy carefully crafted dishes such as tempura made healthier using molecular cooking equipment that can reduce oil absorption by up to 50%, and clay pot rice topped luxuriously with black wagyu beef and salmon roe, cooked with plenty of kombu and bonito broth. The drink menu features a wide selection of sake and shochu, allowing guests to pair them with their meals according to their preferences.

The store is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the station, making it easy to drop by. The interior features all private rooms, providing a warm and comfortable space using white wood. Private rooms can also be connected to create a large group space, accommodating banquets for up to 32 people.

In the surrounding area, the Company operates four "Big Echo" karaoke stores, and a darts bar "DARTS & PARTY REGALO" opened on June 4 in the same building, allowing guests to enjoy karaoke and darts before or after their meal.

The store name is derived from the Kyoto dialect word "Jibundoki," meaning "the appropriate time for something / the regular mealtime." Guests can spend a relaxing time in a private space with soft lighting and the warmth of white wood.

The first store opened in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture in September 2018. It is a Japanese dining restaurant with 28 stores nationwide (as of June 18, 2026).
